Chapter Twenty-Three

After Lydia's death, Rossano pretty much went to pieces for a while and, not only was he mixed up in the arms smuggling scandel detailed in the previous chapter, he also got involved in what he thought was a charitable cause that turned out to be something completely different. Without Lydia's intuitive nature about people, he proved to be too trusting of people. We explore what was, ultimately, an outrageous scam in the Caribbean involving one of the most wanted men by the FBI.. 

I am very grateful to Robert Coram for allowing me to use so much of his material from his book, Caribbean Time Bomb. Aside from the chapter on Rossano, it's a great read, well researched and very interesting.
